In our Manor Kitchen, cooking together becomes an excuse to talk, laugh and discover new flavours. In a relaxed atmosphere, in a cosy kitchen, you will prepare dishes inspired by tradition, the seasons and cuisines from different parts of the world. It is more than cooking — it's a few hours spent together, full of practical tips, culinary curiosities and ideas that can later be used in your own kitchen.

Knowledge, passion and good taste

The workshop is led by Natasza Sallmann — director of the Polish Academy of Hospitality, advisor to the hospitality industry and culinary enthusiast. Her meetings combine a rich knowledge of products and techniques with imagination, surprising flavour combinations and a large dose of culinary inspiration.

A workshop can be the start of a whole evening. After cooking together, guests can move on to dinner beneath the historic vaulted ceiling of the Manor Shop, taste the dishes they have prepared at a shared table and continue the evening in the unique atmosphere of the Łomnica Manor.
