Upon prior notification at the reception, we provide free pick-up from the station — our driver will be happy to help with luggage and take you directly to the Palace. Reservation can be cancelled without cost 7 days prior to arrival. In this case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this date or no show at the property on the day of arrival, the property will be charged for 30.00% of the reservation value.
